OLIVIER AWARDS 2013

The 2013 Olivier awards are now upon us and this Sunday the winners will be announced in a ceremony held at the Royal Opera House.The event will be broadcast live on Radio 2 at 6pm followed by televised highlights on ITV1 at 10.15pm.

Amongst the nominees are the fabulous Hannah Waddingham and wonderful Finn Ross. Hannah has been nominated for Best Actress in a Musical for her performance as Lilli Vanessi/Katharine in Trevor Nunn’s production of Kiss Me Kate and Finn has been nominated alongside Bunny Christie for his video design in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Timein the category for Best Set Design.

Other productions that have been shortlisted include The Audience (Michael Elwyn, Rufus Wright & video designer Ian William Galloway), Chariots of Fire(Leemore Marrett Jr), Cinderella: A Fairytale (Tom Godwin), This House(Andrew Havill), The Master & Margarita (Tim McMullan & video designer Finn Ross) and The Phantom of the Opera (John Owen Jones).
